A Frisbee disc golf tournament and the purchase of four musical instruments for a downtown park got approval from the Encampment Town Council at their meeting April 13. The Saratoga Water and Sewer Joint Powers Board met Wednesday at Saratoga Town Hall. Besides routine business, the board briefly discussed issues of zoning and building permits in the town. Beginning on or about Monday, April 24, road crews will begin a guardrail project on a bridge on WYO 130 west of Ryan Park, causing delays for drivers. The bridge is located at reference marker 57.79, approximately 10 miles east of the WYO 130/230 junction and four miles west of the Ryan Park Road turnoff.
