    Less than two weeks after the overdose death of a Saratoga couple on February 4, at least one suspect is in custody. On February 21, the Carbon County Sheriff’s Office announced an arrest had been made in Saratoga on February 17 in connection with the deaths. On January 20, Arthur pled guilty in Carbon County Circuit Court to the charge of Illegal use of Firearm to Take Deer during Archery Only Deer Hunting.
