Games provide laughter and socialization during the week. On Sunday afternoon, four residents played Dominoes with Pat Rust winning. On Monday afternoon, three residents played Yahtzee with Elaine Burge and Pat Sims winning. On Tuesday morning, four residents played Uno with Marjery McAulay winning. On Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoons, residents played Bingo. Truth Karstoft, Betty Merrill, Barbara Plummer, Elaine Burge and Pat Sims won Four Corners. Pat Sims, Elaine Burge, Nadine Caleb and Betty Merrill won Blackouts. Our volunteers were Lila Worden, Gloria Rakness, Dawna Erickson, Elder Springer and Elder Bingham. On Saturday afternoon, residents played Blackjack.

Movies provided entertainment for residents throughout the week and the weekend. In the evening residents may watch the Turner Classic Movies channel.

On Tuesday afternoon, residents watched the movie, “My Big Fat Greek Wedding,” and had popcorn.

For Exercise during the week, residents did Wii Bowling on Sunday, Sittercise on Monday, Thursday and Friday and Wii Bowling on Saturday.

On Sunday afternoon, Norma Fuller stood in for Reverend Miki Laws of the Encampment Presbyterian Church for our church service.

On Tuesday morning, Pastor Pastor Gene Smith of the Platte Valley Christian Center offered Bible Study to four residents.

On Wednesday morning, six residents had their hair done, and seven residents had their fingernails done by Georgia Schroer and Merlynn Hoopes.

On Thursday afternoon, residents did an Arts and Crafts project with Kathy McMorrow.

Saturday afternoon, residents enjoyed the Ice Cream Social.

We are always in need of small stuffed animals and other prizes for Bingo. We greatly appreciate the continued support of our volunteers throughout the week.
